Goodwin PLC is pleased to announce that with effect from 14th April 2015 the following Board appointments have been made:

Mrs. Jennifer Kelly has been appointed a Non Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Timothy J.W. Goodwin has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6 13R in respect of either Director.
