Notification of Director's Dealing

'Pursuant to the company's Continuing Obligations, we hereby give notice of 
notification which the Company has received today pursuant to Sections 324 and 
198-203 of the Companies Act 1995.

Notification has been received of a transaction which took place on 19th March 
2004 in respect of Mr. P.J. Horton

The sale on 19th March 2004 of 3,415 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company by Mr. P.J. Horton.

The transaction was on-market for a consideration of £2.55 per share.

Following the above transaction the holding of shares in which Mr. Horton has an 
interest has decreased from 115,840 to 112,525, representing 1.56% of the issued 
share capital.'
