Pursuant to the company's Continuing Obligations, we hereby give notice of
notification which the Company has received pursuant to Sections 324 and 198-203
of the Companies Act 1995.

Notification has been received as follows of a transaction which took place on
24th November in respect of Mr. R.S. Goodwin.

Mr. R.S. Goodwin purchased 13,605 ordinary shares of 10p each in the company on
24th November.  This was a market transaction for a consideration of 73.5p per
share.

Following the above transaction Mr. R.S. Goodwin has increased his personal
interest in the company's shares from 150,868 to 164,473, representing 2.28% of
the issued share capital of the company.
