DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company has today received notification that Mr P.J. Horton, a director of
the Company, has today sold 1,655 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
('Shares') at £5.10p per Share. The number of Shares in which he has an
interest has now decreased from 112,425 to 110,760, representing 1.54% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
