The Board of the Company was informed today that Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company, has sold 11,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 269p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 120,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.82% of the issued share capital of the Company.
