Clarification of Director's Holding

Good Energy announces that the holding of Juliet Davenport, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is 569,086 Ordinary shares, representing 3.45% of the Company's present issued share capital.

On 21^st October 2016 Good Energy announced that Ms Davenport's holding was 637,086 Ordinary shares.

As a result of a clerical error in the preparation of that announcement, Good Energy concluded that shares held by Ms Davenport's husband and a company wholly-owned by him had not previously been included within Ms Davenport's holding and that Ms Davenport's holding had been understated by 3,000 Ordinary shares in the Admission Document dated 25^th July 2012. Those conclusions were incorrect and the clarifications set out in the announcement of 21^st October 2016 were unnecessary.

Ms Davenport's holding of 569,086 Ordinary shares includes 43,000 Ordinary shares held by Ms Davenport's husband, Mark Shorrock, and 1,276 Ordinary shares held on trust for children.
