On 8 September 2008 Paul Heal, Non Executive Director, advised the Company that on 31 July 2008 he purchased in the open market 7,485 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of £2.05 per share.

Following the share dealing, Mr. Heal's shareholding in the Company totals 7,485 shares or 0.0389% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of the Company.
