                        Notification of Interim Results


Gooch & Housego PLC, the specialist manufacturer of acousto-optic and
electro-optic devices, precision optical components, crystals, instruments for

announcing its Interim Results for the six months ended 31 March 2007, on
Tuesday 5 June 2007.
