Issue of Equity

GoldStone Resources Limited (the "Company") announces that, following an exercise of warrants at 3.5p each, the Company has issued and allotted 1,898,607 ordinary shares of 1p each.  An application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 30 June 2011.  Following the issue of the new shares there are 224,276,578 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
