Goldplat plc, the AIM listed gold producer in Africa, announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held at 11.00am on 29 October 2014 at the Mercure Bush Hotel, The Borough, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7NN.
