Following the Board of Directors' determination that it is no longer appropriate to maintain Globalworth's registration as a registered closed-ended collective investment scheme with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, Globalworth confirms that, with effect from 22 September 2015, it has ceased to be registered as such.
