Voting Rights Announcement 30^th November 2008

 

In accordance with the transitional provisions relating to chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the Company confirms that as of 30th November 2008 the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of its shares in issue and which are admitted to trading on the AIM Market is as follows:

Since the last disclosure on 13 August 2008, a total of 112,421 ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the DataCash Group Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

 

Since the last disclosure, 112,421 ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the subscription of shares by Ashley Head under the terms of the top-up rights relating to the acquisition by DataCash of Proc Cyber Services (UK) Limited.

 

The Company also confirms in accordance with the above transitional provisions of the DTR that it does not hold any shares in treasury to which voting rights are attached.

 

The above figure (92,300,490) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they art required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, DataCash Group plc under the DTR.
