Name Change to Auxinet plc & Other News

CORPORATE EXECUTIVE SEARCH INTERNATIONAL
CHANGE OF NAME TO auxinet plc
AND COMPLETION OF PLACING

Corporate Executive Search International, which in February announced the
acquisition of DataCash, is pleased to announce that following an
Extraordinary General Meeting today, the following resolutions were approved:

*  Change of name from Corporate Executive Search International to auxinet
   plc.
*  Completion of Placing of subscription shares at 12 pence per share raising
   £6.6 million net of expenses.
*  Appointment to board of auxinet plc of Gavin Breeze, a founder and
   principle shareholder of DataCash (acquired in February 2000).

Following the acquisition and the successful Placing of subscription shares,
the enlarged capital of auxinet plc is now 377 million shares.  Dealings in
the subscription  shares is expected to commence on 24 March.

The change of name to auxinet plc reflects the company's desire to concentrate
on its strategy of developing and focusing activities in the e-enabling area. 
auxinet will be positioned as an e-enabling umbrella company comprising two
main strands, both of which have various synergies.

In the current quarter to date, DataCash has signed up blue chip clients such
as Homebase, Royal Mail Viacode, Ladbrokes, Littlewoods, EasyRentaCar and DHL.
