Corporate Executive Search International plc ('the Company')

'Further to the passing at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company
held earlier today of the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting
attached to the prospectus issued by the Company dated 28 February 2000 ('the
Prospectus'), the Company confirms that the Concert Party, as defined in the
Prospectus, have become entitled, in aggregate, to 143,600,089 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 37.9 per cent of the Company's enlarged issued
share capital.'
