Corporate Executive Search International plc (the 'Company') announces the
departure of its Chief Executive Mr Roger Evans. 

Mr Evans has been successful during his term in achieving his objectives of
returning the Company to profit and maintaining this performance as well as
creating a platform for growth.  Mr Evans will however, be pursuing
opportunities elsewhere and the Board would like to thank him for his
achievements and wish him much success in the future.

The Company is well positioned to expand upon the foundations created by Mr
Evans and the Board have today promoted Ms Jane Reedy to the position of Chief
Executive to implement the Company's growth strategy.

The Board looks forward with confidence to the future prospects of the
Company.
