On 9 June 2006, Keith Butcher, Commercial Director, exercised share options over
ordinary shares of the Company as follows:

The Company has been informed today that Mr Butcher has sold 55,000 ordinary 
shares at 196.5 pence per share.  Following this disposal Mr Butcher is 
beneficially interested in 272,790 ordinary shares of the Company.
