Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed that Gavin Breeze, the Business Development Director of
the Company, today sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 242 pence per
share. Following this disposal Mr Breeze is beneficially interested in 8,457,495
Ordinary Shares which represents 9.26% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
