Completion of the Acquisition of Verdict Research Limited from Informa plc

Further to the announcement on 27 July 2015, the Board of Progressive Digital Media Group Plc, is pleased to announce that on the 1 September 2015 all completion conditions to the acquisition of Datamonitor Financial, Datamonitor Consumer, MarketLine and Verdict businesses from Informa plc ("Informa") have been satisfied and the Acquisition is scheduled to complete later today.

The sale was effected by Informa transferring the above named businesses to Verdict Research Limited, the entire share capital of which was acquired by Progressive.
