Blocklisting Application


The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the
"Ordinary Shares").  Admission of the Ordinary Shares under the blocklisting is
expected to take place on 3rd November 2005.


The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.    They will be issued
credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company.
