Director's appointement

Auxinet plc, the AIM listed payment service provider, announces the appointment
of Keith Butcher, ACA, BSc as Finance Director with effect from 4 March 2002.
Keith (aged 39) joins from Transputec Computers plc, where he was also Finance
Director (Jan to Dec 2001), but has wide experience gained from KPMG,
Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Diagonal plc.

There is no relevant information to be disclosed in respect of the requirements
of paragraphs f(ii-viii) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
