Talent Group PLC 02 June 2003 For immediate release 2nd June, 2003 Talent Group plc - Directorate Change Talent Group plc ('Talent' or 'the Company') announces that it has appointed George Kynoch as a non-executive director. He will be a member of the remuneration committee and chairman of the audit committee. Mr Kynoch, aged 56, has over 20 years' experience in industry and was chief executive of G & G Kynoch plc (the predecessor of Kynoch Group plc, now called Bioquell PLC), the listed designer and manufacturer of healthcare equipment for use in contamination control. He was also Grampian Industrialist of the Year in 1988 and received the Highland Business Award. Mr Kynoch was the Scottish Office Industry and Local Government Minister from 1995 to 1997, while serving as a Member of Parliament for Kincardine and Deeside between 1992 and 1997. He is non-executive chairman of TEP Exchange Group, (which is traded on AIM) London Marine Group Limited, Benson Group Limited and Mountwest 146 Limited. During the last five years Mr Kynoch has also been a director of JETCAM International Holdings Limited, (which is traded on AIM) Midmar Energy Limited, PremiSys Technologies plc, PSL Holdings Limited, Silvertech Industrial Automation Limited, Silvertech International plc and Silvertech Limited. He has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph 15 of the AIM Rules. Talent also announces that Michael Mills has resigned as a non-executive director. Mr Mills was the executive chairman of RMR plc and guided it through the reverse takeover by Talent Group Limited in December 2002.
