                             Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr Michael Mills, non-executive director,
purchased 32,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in Talent at 30.25 pence per share
on 8th January 2003.  Mr Mills is now beneficially interested in 92,500 ordinary
shares, representing 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
