Grant of Options

London, 9 March 2016 ‐ Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group") today announces that a total of 5,600,000 options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to employees pursuant to the Global Invacom Share Option Scheme 2013.  The Options were granted with an exercise price of S$0.12 (c. 7 pence) per Ordinary Share. Of the Options, 2,800,000 are exercisable from 9 March 2018 to 8 March 2026 and 2,800,000 are exercisable from 9 March 2019 to 8 March 2026.

None of the Directors were granted any Options.
