Dissolution of wholly-owned subsidiary

 

Singapore/London, 10 October 2019 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Invacom Japan Kabushiki Kaisha incorporated in Tokyo, Japan is now dissolved (the "Dissolution").    

 

The Dissolution does not have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

 

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Dissolution.
