CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") announces the resignation of Ms Gwendolin Lee Soo Fern as Secretary of the Company and in her place, the appointment of Mr Yoo Loo Ping as Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms Gwendolin Lee Soo Fern for her contributions during her tenure in office.
