Global Invacom Group's Shenzhen Arm Recognised as Best Electronics and Cable Assembly Supplier at ASM Supplier Day Meeting

London, 9th June 2016 - Satellite communications ("Sat Comms") equipment provider Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group") announces today that its Shenzhen subsidiary Radiance Electronics (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd ("Radiance Electronics") won the Best Supplier Award at the ASM Pacific Technology Ltd ("ASM") Supplier Day Meeting in China.

Mr CL Quah, Senior Business Development and Customer Service Manager of Radiance Electronics, received the award in late April at a gala dinner held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Shenzhen.

The gala was attended by senior ASM employees Mr Hofmann Hebert, Vice President of CRM & Regional Managing Director, Greater China; Mr Jaime Marner, Director of Global Purchasing & Supply Chain Printing Solutions; and Mr Negel Roberts, Director Global Operational Development, along with ASM's other key suppliers.

ASM, a longtime customer of the Group, had nominated Radiance Electronics in the electronics and cable assembly supplier category. The event marks Radiance Electronics' second time winning ASM's Best Supplier Award, having also won in 2013.

Radiance Electronics provides ASM with global support for electrical enclosures across its electronics assembly platform, which has reduced downtime impact by an average of 32 hours over the past 12 months.

On winning the award, Mr Tony Taylor, Executive Chairman of Global Invacom, said, "We are both humbled and honoured to receive this award. My sincere gratitude goes out to Global Invacom's customers and employees for their loyalty and support as we consolidate our leadership in the research, development and production of high tech equipment."
