Further proposed share acquisitions by Director

The Company refers to its announcement today of an acquisition of shares in the Company by Ivan Glasenberg, a Director of the Company. The Company announces further that Mr Glasenberg has notified the Company that he shall seek to make further acquisitions of shares up to and including 21 September (when the Company's current open period for Directors' dealings closes) up to the value of the interim dividend of approximately US$54m which is due to be paid in respect of his shareholding on 30 September.
