The Board of Glanbia plc announces that Mr Ned Sullivan has resigned as a non
- executive Director of the Company, effective from 7 December 2001.
Mr Sullivan retired as Group Managing Director of the Company in June 2001 but
had agreed to continue to serve as a Director until December 2001. The
Chairman Mr Tom Corcoran thanked Mr Sullivan for the important contribution he
has made to Glanbia since 1998.
