Completion is anticipated by December 2006. The consideration on completion will be £2.5 million. The Company has outgrown its present facilities on the University of Leeds campus and requires quality office space for its continuing expansion. The new facilities will provide appropriate office accommodation for GETECH's future growth. It is intended that any excess space will be rented out on short-term leases.
