Directors' Dealings


GETECH Group Plc (GTC:AIM), the oil services business specialising in the
provision of exploration data and petroleum systems evaluations, announces that
Peter Stephens, the Company's Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of
0.25p each in the Company on 7 December 2005 at a price of 44p per share.


Peter Stephens' resultant shareholding is 327,718 ordinary shares of 0.25p,
equivalent to 1.18 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
