Director Share Purchase

GETECH Group Plc (GTC:AIM), the oil services business specialising in the
provision of exploration data and petroleum systems evaluations, announces that
Peter Stephens, the Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of
0.25p each in the Company on 29 March 2007 at a price of 31.5p per share.

Peter Stephens' resultant shareholding is 642,718 ordinary shares of 0.25p,
equivalent to 2.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
