Georgia Capital PLC announces publishing of its Annual Report 2019

Georgia Capital PLC ( the "Company") has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report 2019"). 

 

The Annual Report 2019 is available to view on the Company's website at https://georgiacapital.ge . A copy of the Annual Report 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . In compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2019.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 4 June 2020 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 23 April 2020.
