EpiStem Holdings plc (the 'Company') was informed on 31 October by IS Partners
Investment Solutions AG as advisors to the Helium Special Situations Fund (the
'Fund'), that the Fund has increased its shareholdings in the Company from
420,600 to 513,100 ordinary shares. This increase came through several recent
purchases. As a consequence the Fund now holds 7.85% of the issued share capital
of the Company, up from 6.43% previously.
