EpiStem Holdings Plc (the 'Company'), was notified today that on 27 June 2007
the Jeffrey G. Moore Charitable Remainder Unitrust, a U.S. based trust in which
Jeffrey Moore, a Director of the Company, is a beneficiary, purchased 14,500
ordinary shares of 1.5p each at a cost of $50,025.00, a price of £1.72 ($3.45)
each. As a result Dr. Jeffrey Moore is interested in 14,500 ordinary shares,
representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights.
