Epistem announces that it was informed on 30 April 2012 that, on that day, Dr Catherine Booth transferred 15,701 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each to her Self Invested Personal Pension fund at a price of 395p Following this transaction Dr. Catherine Booth's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 983,605 ordinary shares representing 11.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
