                     NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS AND IMS



Gem Diamonds (LSE: GEMD), the FTSE 250 listed diamond company will be announcing
its annual results to the end of December 2007 and releasing its Interim
Management Statement on Wednesday the 23rd of April, 2008.



An analyst presentation will take place at 09:00 that morning at the offices of
