Subscription Share Announcement

GEIGER COUNTERLIMITED - NOTIFICATION TO HOLDERS OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

An explanatory letter and application form have today been sent to all
Subscription Shareholders with notice of the final right to subscribe for
ordinary shares in the Company at the subscription price of 75 pence per share
on a one for one basis on or before 25th January 2011.

For those taking up the offer, share certificates are expected to be issued to
certificated subscription shareholders by 1st February 2011.
