Share Buy Back

 

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 14 February, it purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 59.87 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 4,718,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 129,821,251 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 4,722,902 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
