AGM Statement

GEIGER COUNTERLIMITED - AGM

Geiger Counter Limited held its fourth Annual General Meeting on the 5th
February 2010 at Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St Helier, Jersey.

The Chairman is pleased to report thatthe following ordinary resolutions:

1.  That the Report of the Directors and the audited Financial Statements for
the year-ending 30th September 2009 be received and adopted; and

2.  That Moore Stephens, Chartered Accountants, be re-appointed as Auditors and
that the Directors be authorised to determine their remuneration

each as listed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting distributed in December
2009 were passed by the members.
