Further to the announcement on 17 September 2019, GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces further changes to the composition of its Board Committees as part of the Company's medium-term board stability and succession plan.

 

With effect from 14 October 2019; -

 

-   Clive Spears has stepped down as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee and has been succeeded by Paul De Gruchy;

 

-     Paul De Gruchy has stepped down as a member of the Investment Committee and has joined the Audit and Risk committee; and

 

-     Ian Reeves CBE (Chairman of the Company) has stepped down from the Audit and Risk Committee and has joined the Investment Committee.
