Glencar Mining plc ('Glencar' or 'the Company')
Mr. Brian Marshall, a non-executive director of the Company, has resigned from
the Board of Glencar with immediate effect. The Board would like to record its
appreciation of Mr. Marhsall's advice during the period since his appointment
in 1995.
