Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 3 December 2004 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited disposed of an interest in the Ordinary Shares of 10p in the Company
resulting in a total holding of 1,514,903 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, which
represents approximately 3.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 6 December 2004 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited acquired an interest in the Ordinary Shares of 10p in the Company
resulting in a total holding of 1,629,903 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, which
represents approximately 4.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
