the following information falls to be disclosed:



The Company was notified on 11 October 2004 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited has an interest in 1,170,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.
This represents 3.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.



The Company was notified on 11 October 2004 that Framlington Investment
Management Limited has an interest in 4,323,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in
the Company.  This represents 11.40% of the issued share capital of the Company.
