Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 9 March 2006 that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe)
Limited ('CSSEL') and its subsidiary companies held an interest in 2,374,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.  This represents 4.94% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
