                      Notification of Significant Holding

Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 7 March 2006 that HSBC Bank plc and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries had acquired 1,450,884 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the
Company.  This represents 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.

HSBC Bank plc is interested in 91,494 of these shares under Section 208 (5) of
the Act.
