                      Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act') and rule 15 of 
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 28 February 2006 that Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited ('CSSEL') and its subsidiary companies held an interest in
3,408,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.  This represents 7.10% of
the issued share capital of the Company.

CSSEL is interested in 1,200,000 of these shares under section 208(5) of the Act
by virtue of the right to redelivery of equivalent securities under stock
lending arrangements.
