Under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency rules DTR 5, the following information 
falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 29 August 2007 that RAB Special Situations (Master)
Fund Ltd and its subsidiary companies have acquired a further interest in the
shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 10,643,126 Ordinary Shares
of 10p each in the Company. This represents 21.81% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
