                    Notification of Interest in Substantial Holding



Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985('The Act') and rule 15 of 
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 15 June 2006 that HSBC Bank plc and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries held an interest in 1,524,996 Ordinary Shares of 10p each
in the Company. This represents 3.13% of the issued share capital of the
Company.


As at close of business on 19 June 2006, HSBC Bank plc is interested in 3,954 of
these shares under Section 208(5) of the Act.


HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Banks plc's parent company were also interested, by
virtue of S.203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
