Notification of Interest in Substantial Holding



Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985('The Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 12 May 2006 that HSBC Bank plc and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries held an interest in 1,527,696 Ordinary Shares of 10p each
in the Company. This represents 3.13% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

HSBC Bank plc is interested in 65,000 of these shares under Section 208(5) of
the Act.

HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Banks plc's parent company were also interested, by
virtue of S.203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
