                       Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company has been notified that Fidelity International Limited and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries along with Fidelity Management Research Company and 
its direct and indirect subsidiaries, have acquired a further interest in the 
shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 5,210,118 Ordinary Shares 
of 10p each in the Company. This represents approximately 12.67 % of the issued 
share capital of the Company.
